These terms apply when you contact BIFI through Messenger or use a BIFI online service for course and admission enquiries.

Service purpose

BIFI provides course information and admission assistance. Automated tools may prepare suggestions, but BIFI staff review messages before sending them. A chat response does not guarantee admission, a seat, a discount, or a particular schedule.

Accurate and acceptable use

Please provide accurate information and do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, upload harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents through Messenger.

Course information and payments

Fees, schedules, eligibility, and availability should be confirmed with BIFI’s admission team before enrolment or payment. Payments are governed by the receipt and admission terms provided at enrolment.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue online features for maintenance, security, policy, or operational reasons. Revised terms will show an updated effective date.
